摘要
目的分析延续性护理的实施效果以及对银屑病患者的影响。方法选取2019年7月-2021年6月期间在青岛大学附属威海市立第二医院接受治疗的88例银屑病患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规护理组和延续性护理组,每组各44例。比较两组患者用药依从性、病耻感、生活质量和复发情况。结果护理前,两组FSQ评分、DLQI评分无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组FSQ评分、DLQI评分变化显著,且延续性护理组各项指标明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。延续性护理组用药依从性高于常规护理组(P<0.05),复发率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论对银屑病患者进行延续性护理其效果更好。
Objective To analyze the implementation effect of continuous nursing and the impact on patients with psoriasis.Methods A total of 88 patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into routine care group and continuous care group,with 44 cases in each group.Medication compliance,stigma,quality of life and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in FSQ score and DLQI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the FSQ score and DLQI score of the two groups changed significantly,and the indicators of the continuing nursing group were significantly better than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the continuing nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing for patients with psoriasis is better.
