硝基氯苯装置精馏和结晶系统腐蚀原因及其对策

摘要 硝基氯苯装置经常因腐蚀问题导致非计划停工,尤其是精馏和结晶系统,腐蚀问题最为突出,严重影响装置的长周期安全稳定运行。在现场工艺物料分析的基础上,通过水解试验和热解试验模拟工艺过程,明确了精馏和结晶系统的腐蚀介质来源;通过实验室腐蚀模拟试验和现场腐蚀挂片试验,研究结晶器工艺侧、循环水侧和液环真空泵的腐蚀规律。同时,提出了相应的防腐蚀措施,解决了硝基氯苯装置长期存在的腐蚀问题。 Corrosion problems often lead to unplanned shutdown of nitrochlorobenzene plants,especially in distillation and crystallization systems,which seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the plant for a long period.Based on the analysis of process materials in field,the sources of corrosive media in distillation and crystallization system were identified by hydrolysis and pyrolysis tests.The corrosion rules of process side and circulating water side of crystallizer and the corrosion rules of liquid ring vacuum pump were studied through corrosion simulation tests in laboratory and corrosion coupon tests in field.At the same time,the corresponding anti-corrosion measures were proposed to solve the long-term corrosion problem of nitrochlorobenzene plant.
