摘要
为了提高卷烟厂滤棒成型生产效率以及降低生产成本,设计一个卷烟厂滤棒成型的区域智能排产系统。在系统硬件部分,将TMS320F2812芯片作为系统的控制核心,并设计了存储模块,此次研究的系统重点设计了软件部分,预先构建排产模型及干扰因素分析模型,将生产过程中的干扰事件划分为3大类,并提出解决措施,同时设定滤棒成型的区域智能排产流程,实现卷烟厂滤棒成型的区域智能排产系统设计。实验分为两部分,实验一结果表明,此次研究的系统在不同数量滤棒生产过程中在较短时间内就能够完成滤棒成型,有效提高了滤棒成型生产效率;实验二表明,此次研究的区域智能排产系统在较少迭代次数下就能够确定最佳目标函数,有效降低了生产成本。
In order to improve the production efficiency of filter rod forming in cigarette factory and reduce production cost,a regional intelligent production scheduling system for filter rod forming in cigarette factory is designed.In the hardware part of the system,the TMS320F2812 chip is used as the control core of the system,and the memory module is designed.The system of this research focuses on the software part,and the production scheduling model and the interference factor analysis model are pre-built to divide the interference events in the production process.It is divided into three categories,and solutions are proposed.At the same time,the regional intelligent production scheduling process for filter rod forming is set to realize the design of the regional intelligent production scheduling system for filter rod forming in cigarette factories.The experiment is divided into two parts.The results of experiment one show that the system in this study can complete the filter rod forming in a relatively short period of time during the production process of different numbers of filter rods,which effectively improves the production efficiency of filter rod forming.The regional intelligent production scheduling system in this study can determine the optimal objective function with fewer iterations,which effectively reduces the production cost.
