摘要
搅拌桩技术具有原位土利用率高、搅拌施工对环境影响小和造价低等优势,在地基处理中得到广泛应用。水泥土搅拌桩复合地基的沉降影响因素众多,荷载传递规律和沉降量计算方法等方面还没有成熟的、被普遍接受的设计理论与方法。有效桩长和最佳桩土模量比是控制搅拌桩复合地基沉降的关键因素,而桩间距与置换率的选取则需综合考虑工程安全性及建设成本。此外阐明桩体的荷载传递规律,并对比复合地基沉降主流计算方法。
The soil-cement mixed column method has the advantages of high utilization rate of the in-situ soil, less environmental impact of in the mixing installation and lower construction cost. This method is widely used in the ground improvement projects. There are many factors affecting the settlement of the soil-cement mixed column composite foundations. The research on the load transfer mechanism and the settlement estimation method is not well-developed, and there is no matured and widely accepted design methodology available. The effective column length and the optimal column-soil modulus ratio are the key factors to control the settlement of the composite foundation, while the selection of the column spacing and the replacement ratio needs to systematically consider the engineering safety and the construction cost. In addition, the load transfer mechanism of the column is validated, and the major settlement estimation methods of the composite foundation are compared in this paper.
