摘要
为提高8103综采工作面煤炭资源采收率并避免采面煤柱应力集中给下覆9#煤层回采影响,提出将切顶卸压留巷技术应用到8103运输巷留巷中,并进行工程应用。在8103运输巷留巷及运输巷与切眼交汇处,通过布置恒阻锚索并结合W钢带对顶板进行补强支护,达到降低顶板下沉量目的;留段段与采空区顶板用切顶卸压钻孔切缝,降低采空区顶板垮落给留巷段顶板影响;挡矸支架避采空区矸石进入到留巷段内。现场应用后,留巷段围岩变形量较小,顶板及巷帮变形控制在100 mm、38 mm以内,取得较好留巷效果。
In order to improve the coal resource recovery rate of 8103 fully mechanized mining face and avoid the impact of the stress concentration of the coal pillar on the mining of the overlying 9#coal seam,this paper proposes to apply the roof cutting pressure relief retaining technology to the 8103 transportation roadway retaining,and carries out engineering application.At the intersection of 8103 haulage roadway and haulage roadway and cut hole,the roof is reinforced and supported by arranging constant resistance anchor cable and combining with W steel belt to reduce the roof subsidence.The roof of the left section and the goaf are cut by roof cutting and pressure relief drilling to reduce the impact of the goaf roof collapse on the roof of the left section.The gangue retaining support shall avoid the gangue in the goaf entering into the reserved roadway section.After field application,the deformation of surrounding rock in the retained roadway section is relatively small,and the deformation of roof and roadway side is controlled within 100 mm and 38 mm,which has achieved a good effect of retained roadway.
