摘要
为了满足消费者对于织物不断增多的功能性需求,设计与开发了具有空气净化和除味功能的三明治结构面料。将多种不同颜色、材质、粗细的纱线组合运用并试织双层组织织物,在双层组织表层和里层之间填充活性炭纤维毡制成的炭包,开发出具有三明治结构的功能性面料。结合开发原理,从纱线原料及填充材料的选择、织物组织设计、穿综设计、上机织造工艺参数等方面介绍该面料设计和试织的有关内容以及注意要点。该面料充分发挥多种纱线各自的特性,正面和反面均可使用,正面具有暖感,反面具有凉爽感,可应用于家纺装饰用纺织品。
In order to meet the increasingly functional needs of consumers for fabrics,sandwich structure fabrics with the functions of purifying air and deodorizing were designed and developed.A variety of yarns with different colors,materials and thicknesses were combined to try to weave a double-layer fabric,and a carbon bag made of activated carbon fiber felt was filled between the surface layer and the inner layer of the double-layer fabric,so as to develop a functional fabric with sandwich structure.Combined with the development principle,the relevant contents were introduced in this paper and the fabric design and trial weaving was pointed for attention from the aspects of the selection of yarn raw materials and filling materials,fabric weave design,drafting design,weaving process parameters and trial weaving.The fabric gives full play to the characteristics of a variety of yarns,both front and back can be used,the front has a warm feeling,while the back has a cool feeling.It can be used in home textile decoration textiles.
