摘要
以武汉生物工程学院周边不同利用类型土壤作为研究对象,调查其重金属污染状况,并采用火焰-原子吸收光度法检测土壤中Pb、Zn、Cu和Cd的含量,结果显示:五种利用类型土壤中,重金属Cd污染最严重,重金属Cu、Zn、Pb均未超过土壤环境质量的二级标准,其中水稻田镉含量最高,为2.1 mg/kg,是标准限量值的7倍,可能原因是污水灌溉或使用含镉农药和肥料所导致。综合污染指数结果表明,所有被调查土壤均遭受不同程度重金属污染,其中水稻田和草莓地污染最严重,为重度污染。
Samples from different types of soils around Wuhan University of Bioengineering were used to investigate the heavy metal pollution.The contents of Pb,Zn,Cu and Cd in soil were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that among the five types of soils,heavy metal Cd pollution was the most serious.The contents of Pb,Zn and Cu did not exceed the two grade standard of soil environmental quality.The highest cadmium content in paddy field was 2.1 mg/kg,which was 7 times the standard limit value,the possible cause was sewage irrigation or the use of cadmium containing pesticides and fertilizers.The results of comprehensive pollution index showed that all the investigated soils were polluted by heavy metals to varying degrees,of which rice and strawberry fields were the most seriously polluted.
