摘要
随着各领域信息化水平的提升,传统化工管理手段已经无法满足新时代精细化工的管控要求,需构建信息化的生产信息管理系统,促进化工生产管理智能化,提升精细化工管理效率。因此,文章结合精细化工中生产信息管理存在的问题,构建出能够实时采集、统计分析生产信息的管理系统,从而将其应用在精细化工中,改善化工生产期间的管理环境,提升精细化工生产管理的信息化水平。
With the improvement ofinformatization level in various fields,traditional chemical management methods can not meet the control requirements of fine chemicals in the new era.It is necessary to build an information-based production information management system to promote the intellectualization of chemical production management and improve the efficiency of fine chemicals management.Therefore,based on the production information of chemical enterprises and the existing problems of production information management in fine chemical industry,the paper builds a management system that can collect and analyze production information in real time,so as to apply it in fine chemical industry,improve the management environment during chemical production and enhance the informatization level of fine chemical production management.
