摘要 骑行座鞍是自行车/山地车的重要组成部分,座鞍轻量化对骑行竞速运动有重要增幅作用.本文基于逆向工程技术与拓扑优化方法对骑行座鞍展开轻量化设计.首先,通过逆向工程技术构建骑行座鞍的三维模型,保留并延续其人体工程学曲线.其次,结合Inspire平台对骑行座鞍进行拓扑优化并重构其轻量化骨架,在轻量化骨架上设计2种缓冲面方案以增加座鞍舒适性.然后,经过力学仿真结果对比,选用交错式缓冲面方案为优选方案,该方案符合力学载荷要求.最后,通过SLA增材制造技术对该方案进行3D打印验证.结果表明,轻量化后的骑行座鞍方案质量减轻68.7%,达到轻量化设计目标. Riding saddles are an important part of bicycles/mountain bikes,and the lightweight of riding saddles plays an important role in increasing cycling and racing sports.For a lightweight riding saddle,the lightweight design of the riding saddle is carried out based on the reverse design and inspire topology optimization method.Firstly,the 3D modeling of a riding saddle is completed through reverse engineering technology,and its mainstream ergonomic curves are retained.Secondly,based on Inspire software,topology optimization is performed on the saddle,and then the lightweight skeleton is reconstructed.2 kinds of cushioning surface schemes are designed on the lightweight skeleton to increase the comfort of the saddle.Thirdly,after comparing the mechanical simulation results,the staggered buffer surface scheme is the preferred scheme,which meets the mechanical load requirements.Finally,the scheme is verified by 3D printing through SLA additive manufacturing technology.The result shows that the weight of the lightweight riding saddle scheme is reduced by 68.7%,reaching the lightweight design goal.
