摘要
采用U肋纵向加劲的正交异性钢桥面系,在公路钢桥中得到了广泛应用,然而其多发疲劳裂缝问题,迫使工程界提出了诸多改进方法,采用热轧变厚度U肋替代常用的冷弯等厚度U肋便是其中的一项创新措施。论述了热轧变厚度U肋的技术特点,包括几何参数、热轧U肋力学性能、可焊性、疲劳性能及经济性等。在制造工艺方面,针对这种U肋厚度薄、精度要求高的特点,在普通热轧型材的成熟轧制工艺基础上,运用专业软件DEFORM仿真模拟超薄U肋成形、热处理至机加工全过程,再使用微型轧机试轧缩尺U肋,经试轧调整完成轧辊孔型设计。目前热轧变截面U肋已在十余座大型桥梁工程项目中得到应用,显示了一定的经济技术优势。
The orthotropic steel deck with longitudinal stiffening of U-shaped ribs has been widely used in highway steel bridges.However,in view of its fatigue crack problem,many improvement methods have been put forward at present.One of the innovative measures is to replace the commonly used cold-formed U-ribs by hot-rolled U-ribs with varied thickness.In this paper,the technical features of hot rolled U-ribs with variable thickness are extensively expounded,including geometric parameters,me‑chanical properties,weldability,fatigue properties and economy of hot-rolled U-ribs.In order to meet the thin plate and high precision requirements of this kind of U-rib during the manufacturing process,based on the mature rolling technology of ordinary hot-rolled profiles,the professional software DEFORM is used to simulate the whole process of thin U-rib forming,heat treatment and machining.The micro-rolling mill is then used to test roll the scaled U-rib,and the profiled roll is finalized through trial rolling adjustment.Until now,the hot-rolled U-ribs with variable thickness have been applied in more than ten large bridge projects,highlighting certain economic and technical advantages.
