摘要 针对电缆测井对深度准确性、可靠性的要求,设计开发了一套电缆测井智能深度监测系统,实现电缆测井和维保过程中深度的检测、记录、实时数据分析及深度异常报警等功能。智能监测系统以TMS320F2812为控制核心,结合步进电机控制,实现对现场作业深度的处理、监测以及维保过程中对深度编码器的检测,同时实现监测过程中数据实时记录和后期分析回放。智能监测系统可方便地挂接到现有的测井地面系统中,独立运行,大大保证了电缆测井深度的准确性。此系统已成功应用于现场和维保作业中,稳定可靠。 According to the requirements of wireline logging for depth accuracy and reliability,this paper designs and develops a set of intelligent wireline logging depth monitoring system to realize the functions of depth detection,recording,real-time data analysis and depth abnormal alarm in the process of wireline logging and maintenance.The intelligent monitoring system takes TMS320F2812 as the control core,combined with the stepping motor control,to realize the depth processing and monitoring of the field operation,as well as the detection of the depth encoder in the maintenance process,and to realize the real-time data recording and analysis playback in the monitoring process.The intelligent monitoring system can be easily connected to the existing logging surface system and run independently,which greatly ensures the accuracy of wireline logging depth.The system has been successfully applied in the field and maintenance work,and is stable and reliable.
