摘要 为解决危险化学品安全风险因素不确定性高、信息融合处理难的问题,研究应用多源信息融合技术,实现危险化学品安全风险评估的方法。针对结构化、半结构化和非结构化信息,采用并行分布式信息融合构架,从整体功能、垂直层次、横向构成和数据处理流程4个方面探讨了风险评估过程的优化方法,搭建了面向风险状态动态评估的信息融合处理模型和系统架构,能够实现危险化学品安全风险多源信息的优化和分析,帮助企业管理者和现场操作者准确研判安全生产状态。 To solve the problems of high uncertainty and difficult integration of hazardous chemical safety risk factors,The safety risk assessment method of hazardous chemicals based on multi-source information fusion technology was studied.For structured,semi-structured and unstructured information,the parallel distributed information fusion architecture is adopted.The optimization method of risk assessment process was discussed from four aspects:overall function,vertical level,horizontal composition and data processing flow.The information fusion processing model and system architecture for dynamic assessment of risk status are constructed,which can realize the optimization and analysis of multi-source information on hazardous chemical safety risks.The risk assessment method enables enterprise managers and on-site operators to accurately determine the safety production status.
