摘要
教学能力是教师的职业能力,也是教师专业能力结构中的核心要素。教学能力评价是对教师的教学能力进行价值判断的过程,是教师评价体系中最关键的构成要素。在新时代教育评价改革的大环境下,从传统的人才培养模式转变为创新性教育模式,培养创新型人才的背景下,如何更加科学、合理、有效地对高校教师的教学能力进行评价,促使教师教学能力的提升,进而提高人才的培养质量与综合素质,值得我们深入探讨和研究。本文使用文献分析法,对近些年来国内外高校教师教学能力评价相关研究进行梳理,以期能为高校教师教学能力的评价指标体系构建提供参考。
Teaching ability is not only a teacher’s professional ability,but also a core element in the structure of teachers'professional ability.Teaching ability evaluation is a process of value judgment on teaching ability,and the most critical component of teachers'evaluation system.Especially in the new era of educational evaluation reform,how to evaluate the teaching ability of college teachers more scientifically,reasonably and effectively,promote the improvement of teachers'teaching ability,and then improve the training quality and comprehensive quality of talents is worth our in-depth discussion and research amid transition from traditional talent training mode to innovative education mode and cultivating innovative talents.This article uses the literature analysis method to sort out the relevant research on the evaluation of teaching ability of college teachers at home and abroad in recent years,hoping to provide references for the construction of the evaluation index system of college teachers'teaching ability.
