层积处理对三叶木通种子萌发的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以三叶木通种子为研究对象,研究层积处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:三叶木通种子具有显著的休眠特性。随着层积时间的延长,5℃恒温层积处理和23℃恒温层积处理三叶木通的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,5/30℃变温层积处理的种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数呈现逐渐降低的趋势。层积时间50 d,5℃层积处理下的三叶木通种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均最大,分别为92.22%、72.22%和0.92,根长≥2cm的比例达到50%。5℃恒温沙藏50 d是解除三叶木通种子休眠,提高种子生活力,促进种子发芽的最佳处理。 The paper investigated the effect of constant temperature and alternating temperature on seed germination of Akebia trifoliata.The results showed that the seeds of Akebia trifoliata had significant dormancy characteristics.With the extension of stratification time,the germination rate,force and index of Akebia trifoliata treated by 5°C stratification and 23°C stratification decreased after an initial increase,while increased after an initial decrease treated by 5°C stratification combined with 30°C stratification.The rate,force and index of Akebia trifoliata seeds were the highest treated by 5°C stratification for 50 days,which were 92.22%,72.22%and 0.92,respectively.The proportion of root length≥2cm reached 50%.5°C stratification with sand storage for 50 days is the best treatment to release seed dormancy,improve seed viability and promote seed germination of Akebia trifoliata.
