摘要
某发电厂3号机为600MW超临界机组,在一次机组正常调峰运行过程中,发生了振动增大导致的非计划停运事件。通过对振动数据进行分析,判断高中压轴封位置发生严重碰摩,导致高中压转子轴振增大。碰摩原因为轴封联络管中冷汽进入,导致轴封位置发生碰摩故障。对深度调峰工况下轴封温度对机组振动的影响进行了详细的分析,为今后类似机组在调峰状态下振动故障的分析提供了借鉴。
An unplanned outage occurred in a 600MW supercritical unit with No.3 unit in a power plant due to the increase of vibration during a normal peaking operation of the unit.By analyzing the vibration data,it is judged that the shaft vibration of the high and medium pressure rotor increases because of the serious rubbing of the shaft seal.The reason of rub-impact is that the cold steam in the connecting pipe of the shaft seal enters,which leads to rub-impact fault of the shaft seal.In this paper,the influence of shaft seal temperature on the vibration of units under deep peaking condition is analyzed in detail,which lays a foundation for the vibration fault analysis of similar units under peaking condition in the future.
