摘要
探讨了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定银氧化镉中镍含量的不确定度评价方法。根据测量不确定度的评定理论,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定银氧化镉中镍含量为例,建立了数学模型,分析了整个测试过程的不确定度来源,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。
The evaluation method of uncertainty in the determination of nickel content in AgCdO by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was discussed.According to the evaluation theory of measurement uncertainty,a mathematical model was established for the determination of nicke content in AgCdO by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The sources of uncertainty in the whole testing process were analyzed,and the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.
