地铁车载电视检测用微型VGA信号发生器设计

摘要 车载电视是地铁车辆中故障率较高的设备之一,时常出现黑屏、蓝屏和花屏等画面异常现象,此时需快速诊断和确定故障原因,更换故障设备。对于车载电视画面异常现象,传统的检测方法是:更换新的车载电视,检测电视画面是否正常,若电视画面仍不正常,则可排除电视自身故障,确定故障设备为PIDS主机,此时更换新的PIDS主机即可。为快速确定车载电视画面异常现象是否由电视自身问题引起,需研制微型VGA信号发生器,该装置以FPGA芯片为核心,由该芯片读取ROM内部图像信息,通过“权电阻网路”驱动显示动态图像信息。该装置结构简单、信号稳定、便于携带、方便检测且价格低廉。 Vehicle TV is one of the equipment with high failure rate in subway vehicles,and abnormal pictures such as black screen,blue screen and flower screen often appear.At this time,it is necessary to quickly diagnose and determine the cause of the fault and replace the fault equipment.For the abnormal phenomenon of vehicle TV picture,the traditional detection method is to replace the new vehicle TV to detect whether the TV picture is normal.If the TV picture is still abnormal,the fault of the TV itself can be eliminated and the faulty equipment can be determined as PIDS host.At this time,replace the PIDS host with a new one.In order to quickly determine whether the abnormal phenomenon of vehicle TV picture is caused by the problem of TV itself,it is necessary to develop a micro VGA signal generator.The device takes FPGA chip as the core.The chip reads the internal image information of ROM and displays the dynamic image information through the"weight resistance network".The device has the advantages of simple structure,stable signal,portability,convenient detection and low price.
