CR200J动车组制动夹钳转轴螺栓断裂原因分析

摘要 随着CR200J动力集中动车组上线,既有线路客车迎来快速发展。制动夹钳杠杆螺栓是客车制动夹钳单元的一个转动连接件,也是夹钳单元中制造工艺复杂且加工难度较高的一个关键零件。为了提高车辆运行的安全水平,通过对动力集中动车制动夹钳转轴螺栓在安装过程中的受力分析、裂纹及裂纹断口的宏观和微观观察、机械干涉、成分能谱分析及有限元数值模拟分析,确定了螺栓开裂原因,并提出了改进措施。 With the launch of CR200J power concentrated EMU,buses on existing lines have ushered in rapid development.The brake clamp lever bolt is a rotating connector of the bus brake clamp unit,and it is also a key part with complex manufacturing process and high machining difficulty in the clamp unit.In order to improve the safety level of vehicle operation,through the force analysis of the rotating shaft bolt of brake clamp in the process of installation,macroscopic and microscopic observation of crack and crack fracture,mechanical interference,composition energy spectrum analysis and finite element numerical simulation analysis,the cause of bolt cracking is determined and the improvement measures are put forward.
