摘要
针对地面压风机传统人工值守存在的劳动强度大、操作复杂、供气质量差等问题,提出了一种采用多总线及光纤通讯网络架构的矿用地面压风机无人值守改造方案,通过组合式通讯网络提高系统灵活性及传输效率,改造后的系统采用以PLC为控制核心的分布式控制结构实现对多台压风机的集中控制及运行参数远程监测,最终实现了智能化压风控制及压风机房无人值守,有效提高了煤矿自动化及智能化水平。
In view of the problems such as high labor intensity,complex operation and poor air supply quality existing in the traditional manual duty of the surface air compressor,this paper proposes an unattended transformation scheme of the mine ground pressure fan using the multi bus and optical fiber communication network architecture.This scheme improves the flexibility and transmission efficiency of the system through the combined communication network.At the same time,the transformation system adopts the distributed control structure based on PLC as the control core to realize the centralized control of multiple air compressors and remote monitoring of operating parameters,and finally realize intelligent air pressure control and unattended air compressor room.Effectively improve the level of coal mine automation and intelligence.
