摘要
高职院校辅导员开展思想政治工作的意义,在于帮助学生树立正确的三观,把学生培养成党、国家、社会需要的优秀人才。高职院校辅导员要合理利用红色文化,对高职大学生进行思想引领,以有效提升学生的思想道德修养。文章从高职院校辅导员思政教育内容入手,明确高职院校思想政治教育融入红色文化的价值,分析高职院校思想政治教育工作存在的问题,并对高职院校辅导员在思想政治教育工作中的责任作用及高职院校辅导员创新思政工作的策略进行探究。
The significance of ideological and political work carried out by counselors in higher vocational colleges lies in helping students establish the correct"three values"and cultivate them into excellent talents required by the Party,the country,and society.Vocational college counselors should make reasonable use of red culture to provide ideological guidance to vocational college students,in order to effectively enhance their ideological and moral cultivation.Starting with the content of ideological and political education for counselors in higher vocational colleges,the article clarifies the value of integrating ideological and political education into red culture in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems existing in ideological and political education work in higher vocational schools,and explores the responsibility and role of counselors in ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges and the strategies for counselors to innovate ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.
