摘要
为了解决巷道支护速度慢于巷道采掘,致使整体采掘效率较低的问题,基于巷道围岩变形的时间特性,在义棠煤矿020711工作面巷道掘进过程中采用分次支护技术来提高巷道支护效率。通过两个试验段分析传统一次性支护与分次支护方案的掘进效率,并且评判两种支护方案下巷道围岩变形与锚杆的轴力,在保证巷道安全的情况下确定最佳的巷道支护方案。
In order to solve the problem that the speed of roadway support is slower than that of roadway excavation,resulting in lower overall excavation efficiency,based on the temporal characteristics of roadway surrounding rock deformation,the splitting support technology is used to improve the roadway support efficiency during roadway excavation at 020711 working face in Yitang coal mine.The efficiency of traditional one-time support and split support was analysed through two test sections,and the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock and the axial force of the anchor rods were evaluated under the two support schemes to determine the best roadway support scheme under the condition of ensuring roadway safety.
