摘要
针对常用玻璃量器批量化人工计量中存在的工作量大、效率低、易出现人为疲劳误差等问题,研制了一套基于图像处理的常用玻璃量器自动检测装置。该装置通过自动加液、自动读数,有效提升检测效率及准确率。自动读数首先需解决相机与液位的平视问题,本文通过寻找液位矩形框高度最小值确定液位平视位置,并实验验证了该方案的可行性。
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload,low efficiency and easy occurrence of artificial fatigue errors in the batch manual measurement of working glass container,an automatic measuring device for working glass container based on image processing is developed.The device can effectively improve the detection efficiency and accuracy through automatic liquid feeding and automatic reading.Automatic reading needs to solve the problem of camera and liquid level position firstly.In this paper,the horizontal position of liquid level is determined by finding the minimum height of the liquid level rectangular frame and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by experiments.
