摘要
根据液压油缸出厂测试要求,设计了油缸测试系统的液压原理图,并基于LabVIEW软件,实现了液压油缸的全自动检测。按照生产节拍,可自动实现油缸的试运转、耐压测试、启动压力测试、内泄漏测试及缓冲测试,满足企业生产需求。
According to the test requirements of hydraulic cylinder,the hydraulic principle diagram of hydraulic cylinder test system is designed,and the automatic test of hydraulic cylinder is realized based on LabVIEW.According to the production rhythm,the cylinder can automatically realize the test run,pressure test,starting pressure test,internal leakage test and buffer test,to meet the production needs of enterprises.
