摘要
粘结剂喷射成形(BJ)技术具有成本低、效率高、批量化生产的特点,受到国内外3D打印市场的关注。为系统了解目前BJ技术的发展现状和趋势,本文基于专利计量的研究方法,应用ItgInsight可视化工具对该领域展开专利情报分析。分析结果显示,BJ技术目前处于快速发展阶段,以美国、德国为主要技术引领国家,我国虽然在该领域起步较晚但追赶步伐较快。从技术主题分析层面来看,未来BJ技术的技术热点和难点主要集中在金属粉末的制备工艺、微米级陶瓷粉材的制备工艺、混合材料的制备工艺、提高零件致密度的工艺参数优化和粘结剂喷射成形喷头的研究。
The binder jetting(BJ)technology has the characteristics of low cost,high efficiency and mass production,and has attracted the attention of 3D printing markets at home and abroad.In order to systematically understand the current development status and trend of BJ technology,based on the research method of patent measurement,this paper applies ItgInsight visualization tool to carry out patent information analysis in this field.The analysis results show that BJ technology is currently in a rapid development stage,with the United States and Germany as the main technology leading countries.Although China started late in this field,it is catching up fast.From the perspective of technical theme analysis,the technical hotspots and difficulties of BJ technology in the future mainly focus on the preparation process of metal powder,the preparation process of micron ceramic powder,the preparation process of mixed materials,the optimization of process parameters to improve the density of parts,and the research on the binder spray forming nozzle.
