机制黄山毛峰工艺与发展分析

摘要 黄山毛峰以独特的味道品质受到了广大民众的喜爱,随着茶类供需品的销量不断提升,传统的工艺方式无法满足消费市场的整体需求,为了同时保证销量和质量,现多采用机制方法进行毛峰茶制作。阐述了黄山毛峰的传统工艺及当下的机制工艺,分析了黄山毛峰在制作过程中容易出现的一些问题,并提出相关的对策和建议,为机制黄山毛峰的发展献策献力。 Huangshan Maofeng Tea has been sought after and loved by the public for its unique taste and quality.With the increasing sales of tea supply and demand,the traditional technology cannot meet the overall demand of the consumer market.In order to en‐sure the sales and quality at the same time,the mechanism method is often adopted to make Maofeng tea.This paper expounded the traditional craft and current mechanism craft of Huangshan Maofeng respectively,analyzed some problems that are easy to appear in the production process of Huangshan Maofeng,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,so as to offer suggestions for the development of the mechanism Huangshan Maofeng.
