民主集中制具有符合实际、政治优势、制度优势、组织优势、工作优势等五个显著优势。通过强化民主与集中的良性互动,增强政治领导的科学性。推动运行机制的有效运转,确保组织运行的高效性。推进功能作用的合理发挥,加强制度治理的规范性。通过巩固制度地位、激发内在活力、增强执行效果、提高主体素养以及强化执行监督等来提升民主集中制的制度执行力,从而形成治党治国的强大力量。
Democratic centralism is in accordance with actual case and has political,institutional,organizational and working advantages.These advantages can be highlighted and strengthened through the following ways:strengthen the scientific nature of political leadership by strengthening the positive interaction between democracy and centralism;ensure the effective operation of organizations through effective mechanisms;and improve the standardization of institutional governance through the rational play of functions.The implementation of democratic centralism thus can be improved through consolidating institutions,stimulating internal vitality,enhancing implementation effect,improving the subjective quality and strengthening the implementation supervision.
