摘要
含碳耐火材料具有优异的抗热震性及抗渣侵蚀性等性能,被广泛应用于炼钢系统的关键部位。但这些耐火材料中过高的碳含量会产生钢液增碳、能耗增大等问题。为了满足含碳耐火材料低碳化发展的要求,高效抗氧化剂的研发至关重要。因此,综述了含碳耐火材料抗氧化剂的作用机制及硼基抗氧化剂的研究进展,重点阐述了单相硼基抗氧化剂、复合硼基抗氧化剂的研发状况以及对含碳耐火材料性能的影响,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Carbon-containing refractories are widely used in key parts of steelmaking systems because of their excellent thermal shock resistance and slag resistance.However,the excessive carbon content in the refractories will lead to the carburization of molten steel and the increase of energy consumption.To satisfy the requirements of their low-carbon development,the research on high-efficiency antioxidants is of vital importance.Therefore,the action mechanism of antioxidants for carbon-containing refractories and the research progress of boron-based antioxidants were reviewed,emphasizing on the research and development of single-phase and composite boron-based antioxidants as well as their effects on the properties of carbon-containing refractories.Their development was also prospected.
