摘要
秦二厂1/2号机组试验数据采集处理系统(KDO)、核岛试验仪表系统(KME),从安装、调试、运行至今已有15年以上的时间。随着运行年限的递增,柜内各板卡、电源等设备已严重老化,影响相关试验设备性能及特定参数的监测分析。本文主要从技术改造的角度出发,对整个改造过程进行深刻剖析,从设备选型到技改实施,将难点一一梳理出来。再通过一系列防人因工具的使用,确保改造各个节点顺利进行,从而在大修短工期内完成改造,并将改造经验进行总结,为其他电厂系统改造(尤其是选型为全新技术)提供经验。
The test data acquisition and processing system(KDO)and nuclear island test instrument system(KME)in NO.1&2 of Qinshan Nuclear Power have been operated for more than 15 years.With the increase of operation years,the boards,power supplies and other equipment in the cabinet have been seriously aged,it affects the performance of test equipment and the analysis of specific parameters.This article mainly analyzes the entire transformation process from the perspective of technical transformation,sorting out the difficulties one by one from equipment selection to technical transformation implementation.Through the use of a series of human performance prevention tools,ensure the smooth progress of each node of the transformation,so as to complete the transformation within the short overhaul period,and summarize the transformation experience,providing experience for other power plant system transformation(especially the selection of new technology).
