摘要
通过对催化精馏塔中催化剂装填方式进行设计和优化,进一步提高现有乙酸甲酯水解效率。通过对空速、塔高度、回流比和进料水酯量比等因素的考察,确定了最佳运行条件。通过实验得出当空速0.09 min、催化剂装填高度80 cm、回流进料比为5:1、进料水酯摩尔比6.5:1时,水解率达到83.5%。
This paper designed the reaction section catalyst and hydrolyzes methyl acetate by catalytic reaction distillation.The best experimental operating conditions were determined by examining the hydrolysis reaction influencing factors such as air velocity,tower height,reflux feed ratio and feed water ester molar ratio.The best experimental conditions are 0.09 min-1,catalyst filling height of 80 cm,reflux feed ratio of 5:1 and feed water ester molar ratio of 6.5:1.
