摘要
通过聚酯熔体黏度的研究,并对工业化生产过程中的浆料摩尔比、酯化反应、缩聚反应等过程工艺参数的优化和研究,古纤道采用四釜装置进行了低粘聚酯切片产品的制备,成功开发出新一代的低粘聚酯切片(SPH纤维专用)产品。工业化生产过程稳定,产品质量优良,很好地满足了加工SPH纤维的要求。
Through the study of polyester melt viscosity,and in the process of the slurry mole ratio,esterification,condensation reaction process parameters optimization and research,the Gufiber using four kettles plant for the preparation of low-viscosity polyester,successfully developed a new generation of low-viscosity polyester chip(SPH fiber)products.The industrial production process is stable,and the product quality is excellent,which well meets the requirements of processing SPH fiber.
