摘要
结合昆明理工大学环境科学与工程学院研究生管理的实践工作经验,创新提出“四位一体”研究生思想政治教育管理理念,即校、院、导师、班级四级联动思想政治教育管理机制。探讨如何将“四位一体”思想政治教育工作理念融入理工科研究生培养全过程,研究成果将充实理工科研究生思想政治教育工作的理论,为高校特别是以理工科为主的院校研究生思想政治教育提供实践依据。
Based on the practical work experience of graduate management in Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering,Kunming University of Science and Technology,this paper innovatively puts forward the“four-in-one”graduate ideological and political education management concept,that is,the four-level linkage ideological and political education management mechanism of university,college,tutor and class.This paper discusses how to integrate the concept of“four-in-one”ideological and political education into the research of the whole process of cultivating science and engineering graduate students.The research results will enrich the theory of ideological and political education for science and engineering graduate students,and provide practical basis for the ideological and political education of universities,especially those focusing on science and engineering graduate students.
