摘要
目的 分析针药结合的相关文献,探索该领域近期的研究热点与发展趋势。方法 通过CiteSpace软件绘制2001年1月—2021年12月Web of Science文献数据库收录的1 495篇针药结合相关文献的知识图谱,并对文献的国家分布、机构分布、作者分布、学科分布、关键词共现与聚类进行可视化分析。结果 1 495篇中,国家层面分析,中国的发文量693篇,占比最高(46.4%),其次为美国296篇,占19.7%;机构层面分析,北京中医药大学发文量最高,为68篇,其次为韩国庆熙大学56篇;发文数较高的作者为吴焕淦教授9篇和赖新生教授9篇;针药结合与诸多学科均有交叉,集中分布在中西医结合、普通内科学、神经科学、整合补充医学、药学等相关学科。关键词图谱中,共有563个节点,3 342条连线。频次>100次的关键词分别是针灸(250次),电针(118次)、治疗(109次)、疼痛(105次)、疗法(101次)与随机对照试验(101次)。关键词聚类形成了较大的12个群组,其主题关键词聚类模块Q值是0.35,聚类平均轮廓S值是0.71。结论 基于CiteSpace分析得出,针药结合领域的发展趋势是深入的机制与循证研究;针灸、电针、治疗、疼痛、疗法以及随机对照试验是针药结合的研究热点。
Objective To analyze the literature of Chinese acupuncture and medicine combination and explore the development history,hot spot issues,and emerging trends of this field.Methods With the CiteSpace software,the knowledge map of 1 495 documents from January 2001-December 2021 related to combining Chinese acupuncture and medicine in the Web of Science was made. Visualization analysis about the country distribution,institution distribution,author distribution,discipline distribution,keyword co-occurrence and clustering were made.Results Among 1 495 publications in various countries,China has the highest number of publications,which is 693(46.4%),followed by the United States with 296 publications(19.7%);among publications in various institution,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has the highest number of publications,which is 68,followed by KyungHee University in Korea with 56;the authors with the high numbers of publications were Prof. Hwan-Kam Wu with 9 and Prof. Xinsheng Lai with 9. The combination of Chinese acupuncture and medicine has intersected with many disciplines,mainly concentrated in combining Chinese and western medicine,general internal medicine,neuroscience,integrated complementary medicine,pharmacology,and other medical-related disciplines. There were 563 nodes and 3 342 connected lines in the keyword mapping. The keywords with frequencies >100 were acupuncture(250),electro-acupuncture(118),treatment(109),pain(105),and therapy(101) with randomized controlled trials(101). The keyword clustering forms largish 12 clusters with a thematic keyword clustering module Q value of 0.35 and a clustering mean profile S value of 0.71. Conclusion Based on CiteSpace analysis,the emerging trend in the Chinese acupuncture and medicine combination is in-depth mechanism research and evidence-based research.Acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,treatment,pain,therapy,and randomized controlled trials are the hot spots of combining Chinese acupuncture and medicine research.
