摘要 当前,我国经济正处于快速发展的重要时期,食品检测已经成为社会关注的重点内容。本文以食品检测中农药残留检测技术作为研究对象,分析食品农药残留现状,并从农药残留提取方法、农药残留检测方法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、免疫分析法和分子印迹技术等几个维度,详细分析食品检测中农药残留检测技术要点,旨在为更多食品检测单位提供技术指导,助力我国食品检测领域的可持续发展。 At present,China’s economy is in an important period of rapid development,and food testing has become the focus of social attention.This paper takes the detection technology of pesticide residues in food detection as the research object,analyzes the current situation of pesticide residues in food,and analyzes in detail the key points of pesticide residues detection technology in food detection from several dimensions,such as extraction methods of pesticide residues,detection methods of pesticide residues,gas chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,immunoassay,molecular imprinting technology,in order to provide technical guidance for more food detection units,and assist the sustainable development of food testing in China.
