TH油田计转站内管线腐蚀原因分析

摘要 TH油田计转站数量多、走向复杂,且油田产出液具有高腐蚀性(高H_(2)S/CO_(2)、高盐、高Cl-、低pH值),导致站内管线腐蚀穿孔现象时有发生。本文在分析TH油田十二区站内腐蚀管线的腐蚀特点与腐蚀原因基础上提出了相应的防控措施。结果表明:TH油田十二区计转站内管线腐蚀主要是“H_(2)O-CO_(2)-H_(2)S-Cl-”环境下的电化学腐蚀。建议采用PE管内穿插或涂层风送挤涂的内修复技术对破损管道进行修复。 In TH oilfield,there are a great number of transfer stations with complex trends.The oil field produced fluid is highly corrosive(high H_(2)S/CO_(2),high salinity,high Cl-,low pH),which leads to the occurrence of pipeline corrosion and perforation.Based on the analysis of the corrosion characteristics and reasons of the corrosion pipelines in the 12th area of the oilfield,the corresponding corrosion inhibition measures are put forward in this work.It was shown that the corrosion type of pipelines in the 12th area of TH oilfield is mainly electrochemical corrosion under the environment of“H_(2)O-CO_(2)-H_(2)S-Cl-”.It is recommended to use the insertion and penetration technology of PE pipe or coating air extrusion to repair the damaged pipe.
