摘要
针对谷子机械化收获过程中籽粒损失、谷壳破损、含杂质及对小米品质有负面影响等问题,本文以金苗K1谷子为试验材料,设置了不同机械一段式联合收获和谷子刈割后晾晒不同天数再机械化捡拾收获等7个收获方式处理,以籽粒损失率、含杂率、谷壳破损率及小米品质为衡量指标进行比较,并对刈割晾晒过程中谷粒含水量的变化进行观测。结果表明:谷子成熟时用稻花香4SX-3300稻麦割晒机割倒晾晒5 d后,用雷沃GM100(4LZ-10M6)谷物收获机捡拾脱粒分段收获方式的效果最优,不但损失率最低,而且对小米色泽和口感品质的负面影响最小。
In view of the problems of grain loss,husk damage,impurities and negative impact on millet quality during the mechanized harvesting of millet,this paper used millet Jinmiao K1 as the test material to test seven harvesting treatment modes,such as one-stage combined harvesting through different types of machine,mechanized picking and harvesting after millet cutting and drying for different days,which were compared by using the grain loss rate,impurity rate,chaff damage rate and rice quality as indicators.Changes in grain moisture content were observed during the process.The results showed that effect of staged harvesting was the best:the millet was cut down by Daohuaxiang 4SX-3300 rice and wheat windrower when mature and dried for 5 days,then it was picked up and threshed by Lovol GM100(4LZ-10M6)grain harvester.This method not only has the lowest loss rate,but also has the he least negative impact on the color and taste quality of millet.
