摘要
本试验以黄瓜、大白菜、白萝卜、番茄、莴苣、茄子、南瓜、蒜苗、金针菇和香菇为样品,采用QuEChERS-气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)在0.2μg/mL的质量浓度下对43种常规农药在样品中的基质效应进行了研究。结果表明,43种农药在不同样品中的基质效应差别较大,其中香菇的基质效应最强,蒜苗次之。根据基质复杂程度,按基质效应弱、中、强互补原则设计了3种混合基质(混合基质1为香菇∶黄瓜∶南瓜=1∶1∶1、混合基质2为大白菜∶白萝卜∶莴苣=1∶1∶1、混合基质3为番茄∶茄子∶蒜苗=1∶1∶1),用这3种混合基质匹配标准溶液校正后,样品中农药的弱基质效应平均占80%以上。
In this experiment,cucumber,Chinese cabbage,white radish,tomato,lettuce,eggplant,pumpkin,garlic sprout,enoki mushroom and shiitake mushroom were used as samples,and the matrix effects of 43 conventional pesticides in the samples were studied by using QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method at a mass concentration of 0.2μg/mL.The results showed that the matrix effects of 43 pesticides in different samples varied greatly,among which,shiitake mushroom had the strongest matrix effect,followed by garlic sprout.According to the complexity of matrix and the complementary principle of weak,medium and strong matrix effect,three kinds of mixed matrices were designed(mixed matrix 1 was shiitake mushroom∶cucumber∶pumpkin=1∶1∶1,mixed matrix 2 was Chinese cabbage∶white radish∶lettuce=1∶1∶1,mixed matrix 3 was tomato∶eggplant∶garlic sprout=1∶1∶1).After calibration with the three mixed matrices matching standard solutions,the average weak matrix effect of pesticides in the sample accounted for more than 80%.
