铌铝金属间化合物材料的研究发展现状和发展趋势及应用现状

摘要 铌铝金属间化合物材料具有很多优秀的性能,被广泛地应用在工程领域中。铌铝金属间化合物具有高熔点、低密度、良好的高温强度、良好的抗蠕变性能、耐高温氧化性能和抗硫化性能等众多优点,得到广泛关注。铌铝金属间化合物是目前被广泛研究和应用的材料,铌铝金属间化合物具有更高的熔点和适中的密度,是一种潜在的高温结构材料;同时,铌铝金属间化合物材料可作为一种高电流、高磁场下的超导材料来使用。铌铝金属间化合物材料主要包括Nb3Al合金、Nb2Al合金和NbAl3合金。本文主要论述铌铝金属间化合物材料的制备工艺,研究发展现状、发展趋势及应用现状,并对铌铝金属间化合物的未来发展趋势进行分析和预测。 Nb-Al intermetallic compound materials have many excellent properties and are widely used in engineering fields.Nb-Al intermetallic compounds have their high melting point,low density,good high temperature strength,good creep resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance and vulcanization resistance and have been widely concerned.Nb-Al intermetallics are widely studied and applied materials at present,and Nb-Al intermetallics with higher melting point and moderate density is a potential high-temperature structural material.At the same time,Nb-Al intermetallic compound material can be used as a superconducting material under high current and high magnetic field.Nb-Al intermetallic compound materials mainly include Nb3Al alloy,Nb2Al alloy and NbAl3 alloy.This paper mainly discusses the preparation process,research and development status,development trend and application status of Nb-Al intermetallics,and analyzes and forecasts the future development trend of Nb-Al intermetallics.
