摘要
本文介绍并分析了铝电解槽导电系统的导电结构和导电路径,阐述了铝电解槽应急短路装置的目的和原理,深入探讨了阳极母线-立柱母线型、阳极母线-阳极母线型、小盒卡具位-立柱母线型以及阴极母线-阴极母线型等四种安装形式应急短路装置及其选择和使用,探索和介绍了阴极母线修复和短路口修复的方法。
This paper introduces and analyzes the conductive structure and conductive path of the aluminum reduction pot conductive system,expounds the purpose and principle of the emergency short-circuit device,and deeply discusses the selection and use of the four installation forms of emergency short-circuit device,namely,anode busbar-riser busbar,anode busbar-anode busbar,small box clamp position-riser busbar,and cathode busbar-cathode busbar.Meanwhile,the methods of the cathode busbar repair and short-circuit repair are also explored and introduced.
