摘要
采用河南某铝厂的铝电解槽大修渣作为原料,在有空气及水蒸气的条件下进行高温处理。通过以上方式处理后的阴极炭块可减少约70.6%,其中C含量减少约98.5%,F含量减少约85.6%,氰化物的减少为99.8%,基本实现氰化物全部分解。氮化硅结合碳化硅处理后,其重量变化量约为增加2%。F的减少为72.8%。氰化物在高温下分解后,减少为75.9%,处理后氰化物含量为7.2 mg/kg。
The spent potlining of aluminum reduction cells in one Henan aluminum smelter is used as raw materials,which is treated at high temperature with air and water vapor.The cathode carbon treated by this method can be reduced by about 70.6%,in which the C content is reduced by about 98.5%,the F content is reduced by about 85.6%,and the cyanide is reduced by 99.8%,so the cyanide could be completely decomposed.After the treatment of silicon nitride bonded with silicon carbide,the weight can be increased by about 2%,in which the F content is reduced by about 72.8%.After the cyanide is decomposed at high temperature,it is reduced by 75.9%,and the cyanide content after treatment is 7.2 mg/kg.
