摘要
用乙醇提取韭菜粉末得到韭菜乙醇提取物,然后以正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇为萃取液,得到不同有机溶剂的提取物,研究其对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用,并与奥利司他的抑制作用进行比较。结果表明:不同溶剂提取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制活性强弱依次为乙酸乙酯>正己烷>二氯甲烷>正丁醇;随着不同溶剂提取物质量浓度的增大,抑制率越大;抑制胰脂肪酶的最佳反应条件为pH 7.5、反应时间15 min;乙酸乙酯提取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制为非竞争抑制类型,不如奥利司他的抑制作用强,但是可以作为良好的抑制胰脂肪酶的蔬菜原料。
Ethanol extract of leek was obtained by using ethanol to extract leek powder.Then,n-hexane,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol were used as the extraction solution to obtain the extracts of different organic solvents,and their inhibition on pancreatic lipase was studied and compared with that of orlistat.The results showed that the inhibitory activity of different solvent extracts on pancreatic lipase was in the order of ethyl acetate>n-hexane>dichloromethane>n-butanol,and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of the mass concentration of different solvent extracts.The optimal reaction conditions for inhibiting pancreatic lipase were pH 7.5,reaction time 15 min.The inhibition of ethyl acetate extract on pancreatic lipase was non-competitive and was not as strong as that of orlistat,but it could be used as a good vegetable material for inhibiting pancreatic lipase.
