摘要
目的 探讨IQ结构域GTP酶激活蛋白3(IQGAP3)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法 选取59例结直肠癌患者为研究对象。收集癌组织与癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测两组IQGAP3表达;同时分析IQGAP3表达与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系;另随访3年,采用Kaplan-Meier法分析IQGAP3表达水平与结直肠癌患者预后的关系。结果 癌组织IQGAP3阳性表达率83.05%(49/59)高于癌旁正常组织33.90%(20/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IQGAP3表达与结直肠癌患者年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、病理分级、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05);IQGAP3表达与肿瘤TNM分期、是否有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Kaplan-Meier结果显示:IQGAP3阳性表达患者的3年生存率[30.61%(15/49)]低于阴性表达患者[70.00%(7/10)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IQGAP3在结直肠癌组织内呈高表达,其表达与患者的TNM分期、是否有淋巴结转相关,且IQGAP3阳性表达患者的3年生存率更低,预后更差。
Objective To investigate the expression of GTP-activating protein 3(IQGAP3)in colorectal cancer and its relationship with prognosis.Methods 59 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the study subjects.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of IQGAP3 in cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer;Meanwhile,the relationship between the expression of IQGAP3 and the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer was analyzed;The relationship between the expression of IQGAP3 and the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer was analyzed by Kaplan Meier method after another 3 years of follow-up.Results The positive expression rate of IQGAP3 in cancer tissue was 83.05%(49/59),which was higher than 33.90%(20/59)in normal tissues adjacent to cancer(P<0.05);The expression of IQGAP3 was not related to age,sex,body mass index(BMI),pathological grade and tumor diameter of colorectal cancer patients(P>0.05);The expression of IQGAP3 was related to tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);Kaplan Meier results showed that the 3-year survival rate of IQGAP3 positive patients was[30.61%(15/49)],lower than[70.00%(7/10)]of patients with negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion IQGAP3 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues,and its expression is related to the TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of patients,and the 3-year survival rate and prognosis of patients with IQGAP3 positive expression are lower.
