Application of 3D Printing Technology Combined With Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise in Standardized Training of Orthopedic Residents

摘要 目的 探讨3D打印技术联合迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)在骨科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称"住培")中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年7月—2022年4月在广东医科大学附属医院骨科进行住培的90名住培医师为研究对象。采用随机数字法把研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组45名。对照组采用3D打印技术教学。观察组采用3D打印技术联合Mini-CEX教学。对比两组的住培效果、理论掌握情况、专业技能、病历书写情况和满意度。结果观察组的理论知识理解深度、临床思维提升程度、临床操作能力提升程度、学习兴趣及积极性均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组出科时的理论测评成绩、专业技能成绩和病历书写成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的住培医师满意度和教师的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 3D打印技术联合MiniCEX可提高骨科住培医师的住培效果、出科成绩、住培医师和教师的满意度。 Objective To investigate the value of 3D printing technology combined with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) in the standardized training of orthopedic residents.Methods A total of 90 resident physicians in the department of orthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from July 2020 to April 2022were selected as subjects.Random number method was used to divide the subjects into observation group and control group,45 physicians in each group.The control group was taught with 3D printing technology.The observation group was taught with 3D printing technology combined with Mini-CEX.The training effect,theoretical mastery,professional skills,medical record writing and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The depth of theoretical knowledge understanding,clinical thinking improvement,clinical operation ability improvement,learning interest and enthusiasm of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of theoretical evaluation,professional skills and medical record writing of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of standardized training of orthopedic residents and teachers of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology combined with Mini-CEX can improve the effect of orthopedic resident training,graduation performance,satisfaction of standardized training of orthopedic residents,and satisfaction of teachers.
