摘要
承德钒钛冷轧酸洗机组主要生产酸洗涂油卷,产品主要用于汽车行业、压缩机行业、五金行业及其他用热轧酸洗板的领域。厚规格低碳深冲钢供货过程中,经常发现翘皮、分层、及黑斑缺陷,极大影响了对客户的交付及用户的使用。通过对酸洗板的缺陷进行金相组织、能谱分析,确定了缺陷产生的原因,通过相关工艺的改进使缺陷发生率大幅度下降,取得了比较好的效果。
The Chengde vanadium-titanium cold-rolled pickling line mainly produces pickling oil coils,which are mainly used in the automobile industry,compressor industry,hardware industry and other fields where hot-rolled pickling plates are used.During the supply process of thick specification low-carbon deep-drawing steel,the defects of warping,delamination and black spots are often found,which greatly affects the delivery of the contract and the use of customers.Through the metallographic structure and energy spectrum analysis of the defects of the pickled plate,the causes of the defects were determined,and the defect occurrence rate was greatly reduced through process improvement,and good results were achieved.
