摘要
冷链物流是我国经济的重要组成部分。其中,产地预冷是冷链物流中的第一步,也是较为薄弱的环节。产地预冷形式多样、发展很不均衡。文章对我国产地预冷的现状进行分析、归纳,并进行展望;有利于厂家和研究人员开拓思路,促进市场良性循环。
Cold chain logistics is an important part of China,s economy.Pre-cooling at the origin is the first step in cold chain logistics and also a weak link.The precooling in the production area has various forms and uneven development.This paper analyzes,summarizes and prospects the current situation of precooling in China;the paper is beneficial for manufacturers and researchers to develop ideas and promote the benign development of market.
