摘要
习近平总书记提出要树立“健康第一”的教育理念,应将其作为解决学生健康教育问题的重要指导思想和学校体育工作基石。文章解读了“健康第一”的教育理念,指出其主要包括以学生为中心、增进学生健康为教育目标和实现学生身心健康全面发展三个方面。文章尝试构建高校公共体育课改革发展体系和大学生体质健康促进平台系统,据此提出了增加体能训练、结合体质测评进行分层教学、增加课外锻炼学分、鼓励体育社团活动、将体育竞赛融入学校体育工作、扩充体育健康教育课程内容和重视心理健康教育等具体实施途径,以期更科学合理有效地促进大学生体质健康水平的提高,更好地推动新时代高校公共体育课程改革和体育教育工作的高质量发展。
General secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that education concept of “health first”should be established as an important guiding ideology to solve students'health education problems and the cornerstone of school physical education.This paper first interprets the education concept of “health first”,and puts forward that it mainly includes three aspects:taking students as the center,improving students'health as the educational goal and realizing the comprehensive development of students'physical and mental health.Besides,this paper attempts to build a system for reforming and developing public physical education courses in colleges and a platform system for promoting the physical health of college students,and proposes specific implementation approaches such as increasing physical fitness training,combining physical fitness assessment with tiered teaching,increasing extracurricular exercise credits,encouraging sports community activities,integrating sports competitions into school physical education,expanding the content of physical health education courses and attaching importance to mental health education,so as to promote the improvement of college students'physical health more scientifically,reasonably and effectively,and better promote the curriculum reform of college public physical education and the development of high quality of physical education in the new era.
