摘要
基于非线性超声检测技术提出了一种适用于钢轨接头螺孔裂纹的检测方法。由于轨道截面为异形截面,这将导致在其中传播的应力波具有非线性特征。通过有限元分析和实验研究验证了钢轨截面中传播的超声波存在有二次谐波以及利用二次谐波检测钢轨接头螺孔裂纹的有效性,获得了非线性参数随裂纹深度逐渐增加时的变化规律。结果表明,基于二次谐波幅构造的非线性参数随损伤程度的变化具有线性递减的规律,验证了该非线性参数用于识别孔边裂纹的有效性,同时也为评估钢轨接头螺孔裂纹的大小提供了参考。
A method for detecting cracks in rail joints is proposed based on nonlinear ultrasonic testing technology.Because the track section is special-shaped,there will be nonlinear characteristics in the stress wave propagating.This paper compares the second harmonic before and after the screw hole being cracked through test method and finite element analysis,and verifies the effectiveness of the second harmonic in detecting the screw hole crack of the rail joint.At the same time,the variation law of nonlinear parameters with the crack depth is obtained.The experimental results show that the nonlinear parameter based on the second harmonic amplitude has a linear decreasing law with the change of the damage degree,which verifies the effectiveness of the nonlinear parameter in identifying the hole edge cracks.Meanwhile,it also provides a reference for evaluating the size of the rail joint screw hole crack.
