摘要
通过构建数字经济评价指标体系,计算31个省市的数字经济评分,基于2013—2020年的省级面板数据,考察数字经济发展对地区消费升级的影响。面板模型研究结果表明,从总体上来看,数字经济对中国城镇居民的消费升级具有显著的正向作用。通过分位数回归分析可以发现,互联化发展影响强度最高,数字交易发展次之,信息交易发展影响强度最弱。不同消费水平的城镇居民受到数字经济影响的程度各不相同,其中,中等消费支出的城镇居民对美好生活的向往强烈,消费水平受数字经济影响程度最高。后续应根据不同人群特性,制定合理措施,实现数字经济对居民生产和生活的有效渗透,促进消费升级。
This paper constructs a digital economy evaluation index system and calculates the digital economy scores of 31 provinces and cities.Based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020,it examines the impact of digital economy development on consumption upgrades in various regions.The panel model research results show that,on the whole,the digital economy has a significant positive effect on the consumption upgrade of Chinese urban residents.Through quantile regression analysis,it can be found that the development of interconnection has the highest impact,followed by the development of digital transactions,while the development of information transactions has the weakest impact.Urban residents with different consumption levels are affected by the digital economy to different degrees.Among them,urban residents with moderate consumption expenditure have a strong yearning for a better life,and their consumption levels are most affected by the digital economy.In the follow-up,reasonable measures should be formulated according to the characteristics of different groups of people to realize the effective penetration of the digital economy into the production and life of residents and promote consumption upgrading.
