摘要
目的 拟探讨血清β分泌酶(BACE)1、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)1水平与认知功能障碍的相关性。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院老年病科就诊、年龄≥60岁、诊断为阿尔茨海默病(AD)的老年患者57例,轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者92例,另选同期健康体检者为对照104例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测上述3组间蛋白水平。结果 AD组血清BACE1、SOD1水平明显低于MCI组、对照组(P<0.05);AD组男性患者血清BACE1水平明显低于MCI组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析表明:血清BACE1水平与MCI呈正相关(P<0.05)。多因素有序Logistic回归分析表明:年龄、腹围、总胆固醇水平是认知功能障碍的独立危险因素(P<0.05),头围、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)可能是认知功能障碍的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 低水平的血清BACE1、SOD1可能与认知功能障碍相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serumβsecretase(BACE)1,superoxide dismutase(SOD)1 levels and cognitive dysfunction.Methods 57 elderly patients aged≥60 years old and diagnosed with Alzheimer′s disease(AD)who were in the Department of Geriatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected,92 patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)and 104 healthy controls during the same period were selected.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)method was used to detect the protein levels among the above three groups.Results Serum BACE1,SOD1 levels in AD group were significantly lower than those in MCI group and control group(P<0.05);serum BACE1 level in AD group with male patients was significantly lower than that in MCI group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum BACE1 level was positively correlated with MCI(P<0.05).Multivariate ordered Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,abdominal circumference and total cholesterol level were independent risk factors for cognitive dysfunction(P<0.05),the head circumference and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)might be protective factors for cognitive dysfunction(P<0.05).Conclusions Low levels of serum BACE1,SOD1 might be associated with cognitive dysfunction.
