摘要
生长激素缺乏症(GHD)是一个日益严重的健康问题,不仅是单纯的疾病,更涉及医疗支出及医疗资源分配问题,加重了社会的经济负担。鉴于儿童期和过渡期生理特点的差异,医护人员需研究青春期至成年期的GHD患者进行重新评估时机和治疗方案。该文对过渡期GHD的临床表现、重新评估、诊疗的研究进展进行了简要论述。
Growth hormone deficiency(GHD)is an increasingly serious health problem.It is not only a simple disease,but also involves medical expenditure and medical resource allocation,which increases the economic burden of society.In view of the differences in physiological characteristics during childhood and transition period,medical workers need to investigate the the reassessment timing and treatment options for patients with GHD from adolescence to adulthood.In this paper,the research progress of clinical manifestations,reassessment,diagnosis and treatment of GHD during the transition period were briefly reviewed.
