摘要
为考察农村幼儿园新转岗教师职业适应的发展变化轨迹及其影响因素,利用《职业适应量表(CAS)》对江西省247个农村幼儿园的320名幼儿园新转岗教师进行重复测量,结果发现:农村幼儿园新转岗教师职业适应的发展轨迹被划分为4个潜在类别,分别是适应良好组、积极适应组、消极适应组和适应不良组;职业压力、心理资本和社会支持对农村幼儿园新转岗教师职业适应的发展轨迹产生显著的影响作用。农村幼儿园新转岗教师职业适应的发展轨迹具有显著的群体异质性,存在不同潜在类别亚群组发展模式,会受到社会支持、职业压力和心理资本的影响。
In order to investigate the development and change track and influence factors of the occupational adaptation of newly-transferred preschool teachers in rural areas,320 newly-transferred preschool teachers from 247 rural kindergartens in Jiangxi Province were repeatedly measured by using the Career Adaptation Scale(CAS).The results show that the development track of the occupational adaptation of newly-transferred preschool teachers in rural areas are divided into 4 latent classes,namely well-adapted group,positive-adaptation group,negative-adaptation group and maladaptive group.Occupational pressure,psychological capital,and social support have a significant impact on the development of the occupational adaptation of newly-transferred preschool teachers in rural areas.The development track of occupational adaptation of newly-transferred preschool teachers in rural areas has significant group heterogeneity,and there are different latent subgroup development patterns,which will be significantly affected by social support,occupational pressure and psychological capital.
